Recently I went on a couple huge makeup hauls of drugstore products. Included in these epic hauls were a few palettes from Wet N Wild. I felt like making a tutorial, so I decided to use a few of the products I recently purchased to create a look. Also, if you haven't seen it, check out my DRUGSTORE HAUL VIDEO!
Hope you like this look! If you have any requests for me for makeup tutorials, or using certain products, please let me know on my facebook page!http://www.facebook.com/macNC40
I'll be posting a video of the huge drugstore products haul I did awhile ago THIS SATURDAY! Stay tuned! <3
Here's my next tutorial! I came up with this look when I was in New York last November, and then I ended up using the look again when I attended The Makeup Show here in Los Angeles. Hope you like it!
As some of you may know, my friend Elessa (aka Pursebuzz), put together a beauty mixer a few weeks ago (dubbed BBC - Bows, Balloons, & Cupcakes) in San Diego. When I posted pictures from that day, I had a few people ask what I used/requested a tutorial. I ended up recreating this look for a birthday event... and decided to record myself so I could make a tutorial out of it!
Pictures of the look!

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for ALL the support/love you've shown me!!!
Please comment the video & let me know what you guys think about voiceovers!! I know it's echo-y so it's not the best voiceover in the world.... but of course if you guys don't mind it, I'll probably invest in a mic and do these from time to time! You probably know I get really busy (this shows through in my lack of video making lol) so recording myself just getting ready & doing a voiceover later increases my chances of putting videos up!
Anywhoo-- if you have any requests for looks.. please post of them on my facebook page! I started using that a lot more often now! You can visit that here: http://www.facebook.com/macNC40
Here's the next tutorial I uploaded! I hope you guys like it.. I think this would be pretty easy to do! It's based on the makeup I wore on the 2nd day of IMATS. I'll be posting the IMATS Haul video right after the tutorial finishes uploading (it's almost done), so keep an eye out for that. I'll do another post with pictures of the stuff I got at IMATS... I just gotta take them. =X lol.
Anywhoo-- I will be uploading A LOT on my second channel with extra footage from IMATS, shopping with Lauren/queenofblending, going to Disneyland, Vidcon, AND MORE!... so please check that out!

Anywhoo, I hope you like the look! On to the pictures...
Back with another post finally! I entered a contest hosted by Scott Barnes to recreate a look that Jennifer Lopez was wearing on a issue of Glamour magazine. If I had to pick a celebrity's makeup to wear on a daily basis.. it'd be either Jennifer Lopez's or Kim Kardashian's. Their makeup ALWAYS looks ON POINT. Sooo flawless, ahhh I love it! Scott Barnes has done both of these ladies' makeup... especially Jennifer Lopez.. he's been with her 10+ years and yeah... shaoo! I love it. You can check out his website here: http://www.scottbarnes.com
Here is the picture I based my look on:
This is my take on it. I stuck to the neutrals, and played up on the bronzey/highlighted cheeks... which you can't really notice in the video, but you can tell in some of the pictures.
I hope you guys like it!
AND HERE IS THE VIDEO....

So When Christine (http://www.temptalia.com) posted this promo picture for the upcoming MAC collection "Colour Ready"... I KNEW I had to try to copy it! After I was done... I really didn't like how the original looked on me... the whole lip thing was just weird. lol. So I ended up just adding pink eyeshadow in representation of the girl's lips.. then part of it turned this purple color. SOOO, of course I had to add my favorite purple EVAR (mufe #92... like you even had to ask haha.)
On twitter I called it my "Colour Ready" look gone "Cirque Du Soleil"... Josh (http://www.petrilude.com) called me a clown hooker. hahaha. I totally feel like one... especially because I never took off this hot pink lipstick. It kinda has this tropical vibe on crack. haha
Here is the original picture, followed by what I ended up with... We'll see if I record a tutorial for this one... I think it may just be too OTT? And here is what I ended up with....
So I was kinda stuck on what look I could make up next... I wanted to use some of the new Beauty From The Earth products I recently got so I just kept staring at them all trying to figure it out lol. I decided to go for a Red look because I never EVER wear reds (never even tried) so I thought, 'HEY, no day, but today' right? lol. Not to mention I got this gorrrrgeous dark metallic red (BFTE Isis)... I think if anyone feels a bit weird wearing red, they should check out this color because HOT DAMN, I like it a lot! lol.
Here are pictures: Here is the video!

First off, I just wanna say thanks to everyone for all the input about the last look I posted about! I will definitely put it up for you guys! I won't be posting it up right away just because the last tutorial was a blue look... so in the meantime I came up with another one to put up.
It's a Rainbow look... definitely my first ever... what I like about this look (and mainly any rainbow look in general) is that they look like it's complicated/time constraining to do... but in reality it's a rather simple process. Like I said in the description box for this video, if you can pat on color, and do the "windshield wiper" blending motion... you will have NO problem re-creating this.
Anywhoo-- on to the tutorial & a few pictures afterwards. Thanks for reading guys, I appreciate all the comments & read them all (even if I don't get a chance to reply back.)
